THE BLADE ITSELF | Illustrated Edition

In 2022 and 2023 I worked with Curious King books and Joe Abercrombie on an illustrated edition of Joe's debut Grimdark epic, "The Blade Itself." This was a boutique, limited-edition printing of fewer than eight hundred copies, so we really went all-out. I've included some shots showcasing the slipcase, the overall production value, and the details that make up the incredible final object that Anthony (the owner at C.K.) crafted. Anthony was a lot of fun to work with and had nothing but care for what we were trying to produce: a mighty tome.
